Terms Entered for a Search
When a visitor types a name, place, or other term into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the search. The provider needs the submitted terms to process and return the requested results. Montgomery County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The search provider's privacy practices govern its receipt and handling of the query.

Information sent by email or through an available contact form may include the sender's name, contact details, and message. We retain that material as reasonably needed to review the inquiry, respond, maintain correspondence, or protect the site from misuse.
