Role of This Private Resource

This is a private reference site. It is not part of a sheriff's office, jail, court, parole office, corrections department, or records unit. It does not keep the official Montgomery County release record and cannot confirm a person's custody status, release someone, change a sentence, file a court document, accept a public-record request for an agency, or give an official agency response.

The site points visitors toward official Montgomery County and Tennessee resources and may connect users with outside research or search tools. A link or search result is a starting point. The office that created a record remains responsible for its content, access rules, corrections, and current status.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Visitors must use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm another person, burden the service, or interfere with other visitors. In particular, a user may not:

• Use the site or its information to violate any law or legal order
• Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, impersonate, or target another person

No Consumer Reporting Services

Montgomery County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare or provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. Advertising and search partners shown through the site are not offered as providers of FCRA-covered services. By using the site, a visitor agrees not to use its content or connected results for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, reassignment, or any other employment decision
• Tenant selection, lease approval, housing access, or occupancy screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, debt terms, or insurance pricing and eligibility
• Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility

We are not responsible for an outside site's content, accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, data handling, fees, or later changes. Service Provided As Is

The site, its content, and its features are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no express or implied warranty is made regarding:

• Freedom from errors, bugs, harmful code, or security weaknesses

Custody status, court dockets, release information, supervision records, and public access rules can change quickly. Nothing published or linked here is an official statement from MCSO, Montgomery County Jail, TDOC, a court, a parole authority, or another government office. Important details must be checked with the office that created the record.

Limits on Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Montgomery County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from access to, inability to access, reliance on, or use of the site, its content, an advertisement, a search result, or an outbound service. This limitation applies even if the possibility of loss was known. Any limitation that cannot lawfully apply will be enforced only to the extent the law permits.

Responsibility for Claims

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Montgomery County Released Inmates, its owners, operators, contributors, partners, and service providers from claims, demands, damages, judgments, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor's use or misuse of the site, violation of these terms, infringement of another person's rights, or unlawful conduct. This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by governing law.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a source label states otherwise, the site's original text, design elements, graphics, logos, arrangement, and code belong to Montgomery County Released Inmates or its content and technology partners. Government records and third-party materials remain subject to their own ownership and use rules. No visitor may copy, republish, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected site material without prior written permission from the applicable owner.

These Terms & Conditions may be revised at any time to reflect legal, operational, technical, or service changes. A revised version takes effect when posted on this page unless it states a later date. Continued use after publication means the visitor accepts the updated terms. Suspension or Loss of Access

Access to all or part of the site may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. Tennessee Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction's law. Any dispute that may lawfully be brought in court must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Tennessee, unless controlling law requires a different forum.

Terms Remain Severable

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable when possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
